_Remember these prices include's (Potlight, Installation,bulb and trim). _If there is no existing fixture on the ceiling it would be aditional $150 running a new wire and installing a new switch for the potlights. _ High Ceiling aeria (more than 12 feets) for each potlight to be installed we charge $100 . All you have to do after we leave is to turn on the switch and enjoy!
